The systems biology of microbial infection aims to understand the interaction between hosts and pathogens by the integrative combination of experiment and theory. The focus of this workshop is on the interaction between the immune systems of humans or animals and bacterial or fungal pathogens.
You are cordially invited to attend this workshop that will be held on September 19–20, 2013 at the HKI-Center for Systems Biology of Infection as part of the Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology – Hans Knöll Institute, Beutenbergstr. 11a, 07745 Jena, Germany.

If you would like to submit an abstract (1 page) for an oral presentation at the workshop, please email it to register@systems-biology-microbial-infection.com as soon as possible, but not later than May 31, 2013. Acceptance will be confirmed by email.

The registration deadline is September 1, 2013 and the registration fee of 100€ is payable onsite. Participation in the workshop is free of charge for JCB, JSMC and ILRS members as well as speakers.
